What's the market been doing for the last year?
The market has been very dynamic for years -- either a strong seller's market (very little inventory and many buyers) or a strong buyer's market (very few buyers looking and lots of properties on the market). A traditional market means that inventory and the number of buyers looking are in balance (and we haven't seen that in quite some time). I've put together some graphs to show what's happening in areas around the Puget Sound region. These graphics are populated with the latest information available from the NWMLS (Northwest Multiple Listing Service).

If you are looking for property management of your investment properties, I have resources I can refer you to for that. If, on the other hand, you are looking to rent a home -- house or condo -- a resource you can try is MyNewPlace. They have listings for most of the US. You'll find mostly apartments, but some single family homes.
If you are looking specifically in Washington State, I can set up searches for you on the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS). This is the MLS for a good portion of Washington State's real estate listings -- including rentals. Just let me know...
